I'm a New England expat, now living in Austin, Texas.

I love spending time with my wife Stefanie, my daughter Olivia, my cat Pixel and my dog Teddy. I spend my days working on the Webstream team at MLB and evenings building next-gen coaching tools at Cerebro Coach. I also work with men and women navigate taking of their health & fitness while balancing busy lives as parents and professionals.

I also enjoy golfing🏌, taking photos of people, places & things, traveling and spelunking the bottomless rabbit holes of technology, health, nutrition & fitness.
